Eligibility for Return
At Al Imran Collection, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product received is defective or damaged. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (images or video).
Return Process
To request a return, please contact Al Imran Collection support with your order details and evidence of the defect. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected by Al Imran Collection, approval will be issued accordingly. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few working days via the original payment method.
Important Note
Al Imran Collection does not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than damaged or defective items.
